喉关节的建模及数值模拟研究

摘要运用MIMICS软件对喉关节进行个性化三维数字模型重建，并对重建喉模型进行有限元分析。为后续对喉关节进行针对结构特点的细化建模、材料遴选和具有关节的人工喉软骨支架的生物3 D打印提供必要依据。导入CT图像到MIMICS软件，对281层、层间距为1.25 mm的CT螺旋扫描图像进行图像去噪、分割和平滑处理，创建三维模型，对三维模型进行修复，得到完整、精确、清晰的喉关节三维模型。然后使用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行分析。验证主要还是通过与原始层片的比对。人体所有组织的灰度值都不相同，这个灰度在MIMICS中主要是阈值范围体现出来的。利用MIMICS软件不断试验找到喉关节的阈值范围，提取喉关节大概模型轮廓，此时的三维模型和真实人体喉关节外形结构差距比较大，所以需要利用各种方法不断对其相关处理，生成一个和人体喉关节结构相似的三维模型。获得了高精度的喉关节的三维模型，建立了三维坐标系下的可以从任意角度观察的健康人喉关节三维重建生物医学模型和三维有限元模型。该模型在外边轮廓上与真实喉关节具有较好的几何相似性，在喉发声上喉软骨和喉关节相互作用与真实喉关节具有很好的力学相似性。
